Returns & Refunds Policy

At Adhesive Tapes Direct, we strive to provide high-quality adhesive tapes and packaging solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have received a faulty product, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Faulty or Defective Products – If a product is found to be faulty or defective upon delivery, we will accept returns and provide a replacement or refund. The fault must be verified by Adhesive Tapes Direct before the return is authorized.
❌ Non-Returnable Items – The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom orders, special-cut lines, or indent products (custom-manufactured or special-order items).
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
⚠️ Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders – If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need it, you may return it at your own expense, provided it is in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
2. Return Timeframe
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Before sending any items back, you must email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Details of the product and reason for return
- Photos (if applicable) to verify the issue
We will review your request and provide you with return authorization and instructions if applicable.
Step 2: Packaging & Shipping the Return
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Include a copy of your original invoice and any provided return authorization details.
- Use a trackable shipping service to return the product (shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty).
⚠️ Damaged returns due to improper packaging will not be accepted.
Step 3: Refund or Replacement
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund, store credit, or replacement based on your preference.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Return Address
To ensure returns are properly processed, DO NOT send items back without authorization. Once approved, we will provide the appropriate return address via email.

5. Important Notes
- Shipping costs for returns (except faulty items) are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments—please use a trackable and insured shipping method.
- Refunds will not be issued for returned products that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
